The 2018 Festival of the Lute took place from Friday (May 4) to Sunday in Wolfenbüttel, the former residence town of the Dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg. It was here that Michael Praetorius once worked as court kapellmeister and Gregorius Huwet as court lutenist.
